How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to the Store screen, and tap "Restore". Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.

My multiplayer match won't connect

Multiplayer requires an active internet connection. Check your connection, then fully close and reopen the app. If the problem persists, email us with your username and the approximate time it happened.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your Lidoku - Multiplayer Sudoku account directly inside the app:

Open the Settings tab in the app.
Tap Permanently Delete Account ("Hesabı Kalıcı Olarak Sil").
Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. The following data is permanently deleted: your account (email address and sign-in details), your profile (nickname, avatar, frame and title), your ELO rating, level and XP, your match history and statistics, your friends list, every message you sent and received, your block list, and reports involving you. Because each message is stored as a single copy shared by both people in the conversation, those messages are also removed from the other person's chat.

Records of in-app purchases may be retained by Apple, Google, and our payment provider RevenueCat under their own policies and legal obligations.

If you're unable to access the app, email destek@lidokuapp.com from your account's email address and we'll handle it for you.

How do subscriptions and cancellation work?

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can manage or cancel anytime from your device: on iOS via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and on Android via Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
