By downloading or using the Lidoku app (the "Service"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions.

Use of the Service

Lidoku is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to disrupt gameplay for others, exploit bugs, cheat in multiplayer matches, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The app offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Advertising

The Service is supported in part by advertising, including optional rewarded ads. By using the Service you acknowledge that ads may be displayed.

Availability & Changes

We are committed to ensuring the app is useful and efficient. We reserve the right to make changes to the Service, or to charge for it, at any time and for any reason. The app relies on third-party services and an internet connection; we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
